If it is our responsibility, we offer a refund without sending back the item.
If it is the buyer's responsibility, including but not limited to ‘buying the wrong filter calibre’, ‘not the effect I want’, etc., we do not provide return/exchange service. We are unable to offer a no-excuses return policy because of cross-country shipping and expensive shipping costs.
